Thoughts about this Vibrant Living Room with Colorful Artwork
The starting point for designing this room is one of my most vibrant and bold abstract canvas prints. To learn more about how I made it click here.
I then paired it with a round textured white table lamp and a textured white and silver lumbar pillow set to bring balance to this modern living room.
If your space allows, I recommend handing the above abstract canvas print in a large version over your sofa. To figure out which size best fits your space, download the below eguide - How to Choose the Best Sized Art for your Space.
I then chose this blue sofa to bring out the blue elements in the abstract canvas print and to balance the brightness of the print with a darker element.
I paired it with a round-edged beige chair and matching ottoman and an organic paper shaded floor lamp...to balance color with neutral.
To finish off this vibrant and colorful modern living room, I chose a dark wood side table and a 'berry' colored fabric ottoman to compliment the unique reds in the abstract canvas print. For evenings when you want to snack in front of the TV, I've chosen some rustic tray that can transform the berry ottoman into a table. Lastly, I've chosen a brown jute rug with little blue accents to not only compliment the neutral base of the room but it also tips its hat to the blues in the abstract canvas print.
